Pyramid Saimira Promoter acquires 4.845% from Nirmal Kotecha

Pyramid Saimira Theatre Ltd has announced that Mr. P S Saminathan, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company has purchased, on June 20, 2008, 13,70,000 Equity Shares of the Company, representing 4.845% of the paid-up capital of the Company, from Mr. Nirmal Kotecha, belonging to the Promoters Group.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.228.20, up by Rs.11.80 or 5.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.236.65 and low of Rs.201.05.

The total traded quantity was 740886 compared to 2 week average of 539723.
