Sybly Industries Closes GDR Issue & allots Shares

Sybly Industries Ltd has announced that GDR Issue of the Company for US $ 7.00 Millions has been fully subscribed and closed on June 19, 2008 and allotment has been made of 15,10,250 Global Depositary Receipts underlying 3,02,05,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at par by the Board in its meeting held on June 20, 2008.
