Vishwaraj Sugar Industries Ltd approves draft offer letter for rights issue

The Board of Directors of Vishwaraj Sugar Industries Limited at its meeting held on Monday, February 27, 2023 considered and approved the draft Letter of Offer for the proposed Rights Issue with an issue size of not exceeding Rs.125.00 Crores and filing the same with the Securities and Exchange Board of India and the Stock Exchanges.

The designated stock exchange appointed by the Board is BSE Limited.
