RR Metalmakers India Ltd to sell factory at Talod

The Board of directors of RR Metalmakers India Ltd has recommended and approved to sell, lease or otherwise dispose of the whole of the undertaking of the Company situated at factory at Survey. No. 36, Nr. Navavas Village, Dehgam - Dhansura Road, Tal: Talod, Dist.: Sabarkantha subject to the approval of shareholders.

The board recognizes that logistics costs are higher in Gujarat, making the product more expensive, also that the unit's performance has not improved. After considering various options, the board recommend to sell the unit in the best interests of all stakeholders because it is no longer viable.

Shares of RR MetalMakers India Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 30.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 27.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12876 in over 90 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 30.65 and intraday low of 25.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 373451.00.
