Genesys International to consider allotment of shares on Jun 28, 2008

Genesys International Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2008, inter alia, to approve the allotment of 29,55,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to Mr. Sohel Malik arising out of conversion of 29,55,000 Warrants allotted to him on preferential basis in the month of January 2007.
