Interlink Petroleum to consider allotment of shares on Jun 19, 2008

Interlink Petroleum Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 19, 2008, inter alia, to consider and take on record for issue and allotment of 1,03,10,000 Equity Shares.

To allot 1,03,10,000 (One Crore Three Lakhs Ten Thousand Only) Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each Rs 16.72 each to Jit Sun Investments Pte Ltd.

To conduct any other business as the Board of Directors may deem fit.
