Strides Arcolab allots 1045725 Equity Shares

Strides Arcolab Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 10,45,725 fully paid equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 400/- per share, against conversion of equivalent number of Fully Convertible Debentures, to Blissup Holdings Ltd.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs 39,00,42,890 consisting of 39,004,289 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Rs 40,05,00,140 consisting of 4,00,50,014 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.167.65, down by Rs.0.30 or 0.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.170 and low of Rs.165.

The total traded quantity was 7164 compared to 2 week average of 38442.
