Gulshan Polyols Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 23, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve, to issuance of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB's) / Global Depository Receipts (GDR's) / American Depository Receipts (ADR's) / External Commercial Borrowings (ECB's).
