The Board of Directors considered, approved the cancellation / withdrawal of unsubscribed portion of the secured, unrated, unlisted, Non-convertible Debentures up to an amount Rs. 5,73,40,000.

The Board of Directors considered and reviewed the Business Operations & Prospects of the Company.
