Advait Infratech Ltd fixes record date for 1:1 bonus issue

Advait Infratech Ltd has announced that Friday, 23rd December, 2022 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement / eligibility of Shareholders (Members) to receive the Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 i.e., 1 bonus equity share for every 1 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10 each held by the member.
