Aksh Optifibre allots 10 Lakh equity shares

Aksh Optifibre Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 13, 2008, has allotted 10,00,000 equity shares on preferential basis to Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd, in line with the approval granted by the shareholders in their Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 07, 2008.
