Empire Industries Ltd has sold its Flat No.34, 3rd Floor, "D" Building, Tahnee Heights Co-operative Housing Society Limited along with 2 reserved car parking spaces bearing nos.B-39 and B-40 in the basement of the said Building situated at Petit Hall, 66, Nepean Sea Road, Mumbai 400006 to Mrs. Natasha Mohit Melwani for Rs. 30,25,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Crores Twenty Five Lakhs Only).
