Sturdy Industries converts 8 Lakh warrants to equity shares

Sturdy Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 16, 2008, inter alia, has converted 8,00,000 Warrants issued to M/s. Precise Tools & Equipments Pvt Ltd into Equity Shares of Rs 10 each.
