Sat Industries Ltd allots 2200000 shares

Sat Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 14, 2008, has allotted 2200000 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each at a premium of Rs 9/- per share upon the conversion of 2200000 Warrants to Sat Invest Pvt Ltd.

With the allotment of the above equity shares the paid-up capital of the Company will increase from Rs 73750000/- to Rs 78150000/-.
