Gupta Synthetics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 18, 2006, has allotted 300000 Convertible Warrants to the following allottees:

1. Mr Chetan Mehta : 1,00,000 Convertible Warrants.

2. Mr Kamalsingh Bhutoria : 1,00,000 Convertible Warrants.

3. Mr Manoj Mittal : 1,00,000 Convertible Warrants.
