Lok Housing to raise US$200 Million

Lok Housing & Constructions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 13, 2008, has may raise funds from international market upto US $ 200 Millions through issue o GDRs / ADRs / FCCBs / OFIs and / or to raise funds from local market upto Rs 840 Crores through Q.I.P. mode.

The stock closed the day at Rs.106.50, up by Rs.5.65 or 5.60%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.115 and low of Rs.102.

The total traded quantity was 480241 compared to 2 week average of 210438.
