Lyka Labs allots 650000 equity shares

Lyka Labs Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Company at its meeting held on June 11, 2008 have allotted 6,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to the Promoters on conversion of 6,50,000 Equity Share Warrants at an excise price of Rs 41.50.

3,25,500 Equity Shares were allotted to Kunal N Gandhi and 3,25,500 Equity Shares to N I Gandhi - HUF.

Further the Company has informed that, these warrants were allotted on December 12, 2006.

All the above shares are locked in for a period of Three Years from the date of allotment of Equity Share Warrants i.e. upto December 11, 2009.
