Savera Industries Ltd has executed Sale Deeds on August 20, 2022, effecting the sale of the Company's property measuring an extent of one acre along with dilapidated building of 10,300 sq.fl. situated at S.T.No.709/ID, Avinashi Road, Neelambur Village, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu for a consideration of Rs. 10,50,00,000/- (Ten Crores Fifty Lakhs Only) on the terms and conditions mentioned therein.

The buyer is a third party buyer who does not belong to the Promoter / Promoter Group Companies and the transaction does not fall under the ambit of Related Party Transactions.
