Puravankara Projects Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 06, 2008, to consider to issue and allot Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating Rs 58,00,00,000 (Rupees Fifty Eight Crores only).
