G R Infraprojects Ltd floats Bharat Highways InvIT

The Board of Directors of G R Infraprojects Limited had earlier approved proposal to set up, create, float and sponsor an Infrastructure Investment Trust ("the InvIT") in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trust) Regulations, 2014 ("the InvIT Regulations").

Bharat Highways InvIT, sponsored by G R Infraprojects Limited has been granted Certificate of Registration as an Infrastructure Investment Trust having registration number IN/InviT/22-23/0023 by the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI"} vide its letter dated 3rd August 2022.

Shares of G R Infraprojects Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1325.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1341.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1159 in over 249 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1339.50 and intraday low of 1314.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1533038.00.
