Brightcom Group Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.30

The board of directors of Brightcom Group Ltd has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 0.30/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (15% of the paid-up share capital of the Company) for the Financial Year 2021-22, subject to the approval of Shareholders in their ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
