Jindal Worldwide Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of Directors of Jindal Worldwide Ltd at its meeting held on May 28, 2022, has recommended a final dividend @ 10% of paid up equity share capital i.e. Rs. 0.10/- Paisa per equity share of F.V. Rs. 1/- each for the Financial Year 2021-2022 subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
