The Board of Directors of South India Paper Mills Ltd have recommended Dividend of 10 % i.e., Rs 1.00 per Equity share for the Financial Year ending 315 March 2022 (FY 2021-22). The 63 AGM of the Company is fixed on Thursday 22nd September, 2022. The Board has decided to close the Register of Members of the Company from 01% September 2022 to 24th September 2022, (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Equity Dividend.
