Hawkins Cookers Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 60

The Board of Directors of Hawkins Cookers Limited at its meeting held today has recommended payment of final dividend of Rs.60 per equity share of the face value of Rs.10 per Equity Share for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, to the shareholders - subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 62nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Thursday, August 4, 2022. The said dividend shall be paid latest by September 3, 2022. Together with the Interim Dividend of Rs.90 per equity share paid in August 2021, the total dividend for the financial year 2021-22 amounts to Rs.150 per equity share of the face value of Rs.10 per Equity Share.

Shares of HAWKINS COOKERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 5249.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5296.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1241 in over 308 trades.
