The Board of Directors of Shankara Building Products Limited at their meeting held on Monday, May 16, 2022 have recommended a final dividend of Rs.1.00/- (Rupees One Only) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each (10%) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022. The said dividend, if declared by the members of the Company, shall be credited/dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration.
