Chembond Chemicals Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Chembond Chemicals Ltd at its meeting has recommended Dividend of Rs. 5.00 (Rupees Five only) per equity share for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022 subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of approval by the members at the ensuing AGM of the Company.
