Alchemist Realty to allot 38 Lakh warrants

Alchemist Realty Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2008, has considered and approved the issuance and allotment of 38,00,000 convertible warrants into equity shares to the Promoters pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (DIP) Guidelines 2000 for preferential Issues subject to the approval of Shareholders in general meeting.

Further the Company has informed that, Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company will be held on June 23, 2008.
