Motilal Oswal Financial Services recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors ("Board") of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited at its Meeting held on April 28, 2022 has, considered and approved the recommendation of Final Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year 2021-22 at the rate of Rs. 3/- per Equity Share of the face value of Re. 1/- each, out of the profits.

The dividend, if approved by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.
