ATUL Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 25

The Board of Directors of ATUL Ltd have proposed dividend of Rs. 25/- (Rupees twenty five) per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2022 which is subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General meeting (AGM) to be held on July 29, 2022.

Accordingly, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from July 16, 2022 to July 22, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the Members to receive dividend.

Shares of Atul Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 9791.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 9865.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2959 in over 650 trades.
