Sasken Technologies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 13

The board of directors of Sasken Technologies Ltd have recommended a final dividend of Rs.13 per equity share of Rs.10 each for the year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The Board had earlier declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.12 per equity share (120%) in October 2021.

Shares of Sasken Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 934.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 919.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1224 in over 155 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 937.40 and intraday low of 918.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1138685.00.
