Bodal Chemicals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve Basis of Allotment and allot 52,01,352 Equity shares along with Detachable Warrants as per terms of the Rights Issue of the Company recently concluded.
