Sarda energy & Minerals Ltd to consider buyback and interim dividend

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Sarda energy & Minerals Ltd is scheduled on Saturday, 234 April 2022, to consider the proposal for buy-back of equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each of the Company and matters related / incidental thereto ("Buyback").

The board will also consider proposal for declaration of interim dividend for the F.Y. 2021-22 and matters related / incidental thereto (Interim Dividend - F.Y. 21-22)
