Alchemist Realty approves conversion of warrants

Alchemist Realty Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2008, has approved the conversion of 18,50,000 Warrants into 18,50,000 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 2/- each at a premium of Rs 19.80/- per Equity Share to M/s. KDS Corporation Pvt. Ltd (Promoter Group Company) as approved by the shareholders of the Company in their Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on January 15, 2007.
