Lok Housing allots 35 Lakh Convertible Warrants to the Promoters

Lok Housing & Constructions Ltd has announced that Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 35,00,000 Convertible Warrants to the Promoters at a price of Rs 354/- (Rs 10/- face value + Rs 344/- Premium) on May 22, 2008.

This allotment is made pursuant to resolution passed u/s 81(1A), of the Companies Act, 1956 by the shareholders of the Company on February 08, 2008.

The stock closed the day at Rs.140.95, down by Rs.5.85 or 3.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.146.40 and low of Rs.140.10.

The total traded quantity was 280317 compared to 2 week average of 633639.
