Jindal Saw allots warrants, CCDs

Jindal Saw Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors has allotted on May 22, 2008, 26,00,000 Warrants and 27,30,000 - 9.5% Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) both convertible into equity shares of the Company at a price of Rs 819/- each equity share in terms of the resolution passed by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on March 27, 2008 to Anbeeco Investments Ltd., Cyprus on receipt of 10% advance i.e. Rs 81.90 per Warrant and Rs 819/- per CCD.
