Banswara Syntex to issue 575000 shares on preferential basis, allots bonus shares

Banswara Syntex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 17, 2006, inter alia, has approved issue of 5,75,000 equity shares due to conversion of warrants into equity shares, issued on preferential basis.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company has also allotted bonus shares as approved by the shareholders at their meeting held on July 12, 2006, the record date for the said bonus issue was August 18, 2006.
