Brightcom Group announces Retirement of CFO, Yepuri Srinivasa Rao

Yepuri Srinivasa Rao, Chief Financial Officer of Brightcom Group Ltd, will retire from service due to superannuation. Mr Rao's term as CFO gets completed on March 25, 2022.

The company, and Mr Suresh Reddy, Chairman and CEO, would like to thank Mr Srinivasa Rao for his valuable contributions to Brightcom Group and meritorious service over the last twenty one years. Since taking over as the CFO, Mr Rao has built a strong finance and accounting organization that will continue to serve us well in the years to come.

Mr Rao said "Working with the Brightcom Group and with Mr. Suresh Reddy, over the past 21 years, has been an exhilarating experience, to say the least. I look back with pride and satisfaction at how far we have traveled in this period. Of course, all good things must come to an end, and I have now retired from active service, to focus on my personal pursuits, including my family and my health. I wish Mr. Reddy and the Brightcom Group continued success in its vision to become a large global Adtech company."

The company has shortlisted a few potential candidates to be chosen as his successor.

Shares of Brightcom Group Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 89.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 85.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 373445 in over 1568 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 89.50 and intraday low of 89.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 33423327.00.
