Rain Commodities allots 1563296 equity shares

Rain Commodities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2008, has allotted 15,63,293 Equity Shares to Focus India Brands Pvt Ltd (Promoter) at a price of Rs 200/- each (Rs 10/- face value + Rs 190/- Premium) consequent to the conversion of 15,63,293 Equity Warrants into Equity Shares.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company has issued 68,00,000 Equity Warrants on November 29, 2006, out of which, Focus India Brands Pvt Ltd has already converted 35,00,000 equity warrants into equity shares on March 11, 2008.
