Welspun India Ltd to raise Rs,. 500 crore through NCDs or Commercial Papers

The Board of Directors of Welspun India Ltd at its meeting held today, February 23, 2022, have approved raising of funds, by way of private placement, up to Rs. 500 Crore, by issuing non-convertible debentures (NCDs) or Commercial Papers, subject to approval of the shareholders.

Shares of Welspun India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 106.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 109.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 86324 in over 1705 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 108.50 and intraday low of 105.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9229133.00.
