The Board of Directors of Innovassynth Investments Ltd, at its Meeting held on Saturday, 12¢ February 2022 has considered and approved the appointment of Dr. Hardik Joshipura (DIN: 09392511) as an Additional Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with immediate effect.

Dr. Hardik Joshipura (DIN: 09392511) has been appointed as an Additional Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company of the Company with immediate effect. He will move into the role of the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation, for a term of 5 years, with effect from 12th February 2022 subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing General Meeting of the Company.

Dr. Hardik Joshipura is the MD & CEO of the INNOVASSYNTH TECHNOLOGIES (INDIA) LIMITED. Prior to joining Innovassynth, he held several leadership roles of increasing responsibilities with Sigma Aldrich & later with Merck KGaA including manufacturing, Sales and Global Strategic Marketing. He started his career with Zydus Cadila where he led Contract Research R&D for its Fine Chemical business. He is PhD in Organic Chemistry and an Alumnus of Harvard Business School (HBS), Boston, MA, USA where he pursued his alternative to an Executive MBA program.
