Dhunseri Tea takes possession of Balijan North Tea Estate

Dhunseri Tea & Industries Limited has entered into an Agreement for Sale dated 19th January, 2022 with M/s. Warren Tea Limited and the possession of Balijan North Tea Estate has been taken over.

The company had earlier announced the execution of Memorandum of Understanding with M/s. Warren Tea Limited, for acquisition of Balijan North Tea Estate.

Shares of Dhunseri Tea & Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 306.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 302.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1171 in over 138 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 310.30 and intraday low of 302.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 360046.00.
