Brightcom Group Ltd receives approvals for preferential issue

Brightcom Group Ltd has received inprinciple approvals from both BSE Limited & the National Stock Exchange of India Limited to issue & allot 14,00,50,000 Equity Shares and 1,50,00,000 Warrants convertible into Equity Shares to the proposed allottees under the Preferential Issue. The company received the approval on January 11, 2022.

The Company will execute the subsequent steps towards the issuance.
