Beardsell Ltd fixes Dec 17, 2021 as record date for rights issue

The Board of Directors at its Meeting held today (11th December, 2021), which commenced at 10.00 a.m. and concluded at 13.15 P.M., have considered and approved the terms and conditions of rights issue.
