Parag Milk Foods Limited updates on IT search

Parag Milk Foods Limited has announced that the officials of Income-Tax Department ('IT department') visited the Company's premises in connection with search under section 132 of the Income-Tax Act 1961 on November 25, 2021.

The Company officials are responding to all the queries raised by the Income Tax Authorities and the Company is lending its fullest cooperation to the IT department officials.

Shares of Parag Milk Foods Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 121.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 122.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 63734 in over 1518 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 125.60 and intraday low of 120.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7817979.00.
