Add-Shop ERetail Ltd Board recommends 7:10 Bonus Issue

The Board of Directors of Add-Shop ERetail Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. Thursday, November 18, 2021, has considered and approved the bonus issue, Subject to approval of shareholders of the company.

The Board of directors considered and approved the matter of Increase in Authorized share capital of the company from INR 11,50,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Eleven Crores Fifty Lacs Only) to INR 22,50,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Twenty Two Crores Fifty Lacs Only), and alteration of clause V of memorandum of association of company.

The Board of Directors considered and approved the issue of Bonus shares in the ratio of 7:10 [i.e. 7 (Seven) fully paid up equity shares for every 10 (Ten) equity shares held by the equity shareholders].

Shares of Add-Shop ERetail Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 195.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 205.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 71884 in over 1165 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 209.00 and intraday low of 195.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14267250.00.
