Atlanta to issues shares, to form JV for undertaking new projects

Atlanta Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 23, 2006, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:

1. To consider and enter into the joint venture for undertaking new real estate projects.

2. To discuss means of finance for the joint venture i.e. Shares/Warrants on preferential basis.
