Autoline Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 07, 2008, inter-alia, to consider issue of equity shares of the Company on preferential allotment basis in accordance with SEBI (Disclosure and Investor protection) Guidelines, 2000.
