The Board of directors of Sasken Technologies Ltd have declared an interim dividend of Rs.12 (120%) per equity shares of Rs.10 each.

Friday, October 29, 2021, is fixed as the Record date to ascertain the list of shareholders eligible for the aforesaid Interim Dividend to be paid on or before November 19, 2021.
