Angel One Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 5.70

The Board of directors of Angel One Ltd had declared a 2nd Interim dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22 at the rate of Rs. 5.70 per share on equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- per share, as on the Record date, of the Company.

The Record Date for determining eligibility of shareholders for payment of the said Interim Dividend, as declared by the Board of Directors shall be Thursday, October 28, 2021.

The dividend shall be paid on or before November 19, 2021 to those members, whose names appear on the Register of members or in records of depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Thursday, October 28, 2021, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

Shares of Angel Broking Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1396.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1487.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 93416 in over 6847 trades.
