Dishman Pharmaceuticals allots 1013023 equity shares

Dishman Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company on April 28, 2008, has allotted 10,13,023 equity shares of Rs 2/- each of the Company at a premium of Rs 170/- per equity share upon exercise of option by a bondholder for conversion of 0.50% Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB) of the principal amount of US$ 4,000,000 into the equity shares of the Company.

Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from 79684113 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to 80697136 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
